Our story begins about 3 years ago, when we purchased a nice property not knowing that it was full of apple, pear, plum, fig, and cherry trees. Let's not forget the blueberry, blackberry, marionberry, raspberry, currants and grape plants. The first year the fruit came on and we made many pies and cobblers. The second year we made a few more pies and cobblers and then made jelly for ourselves, friends and family. Everyone liked the jelly so much that we did research to figure out what it would take to make our jelly for the public. In the third year we did everything the state asked us to do and became certified. Since moving in, we have added elderberries, loganberries, strawberries, boysenberries, chokecherries, and huckleberries. Now we have over 65 flavors to choose from including our very popular spicy, chocolate, pie and flower jellies.
